The University is fairly equidistant between Umuahia, the capital of Abia State, and Ikot Ekpene, a major city in Akwa Ibom State. With access facilitated by neighbouring airports in Uyo, Owerri and Port Harcourt, Amadeus University provides tranquillity for focused study and research away from the everyday din of these major cities – yet is close enough to these cities, including Umuahia and the Aba industrial hub, for students to visit and undertake real world experiences.

Amadeus University has designed a fully residential experience for its students, with two premium hostels already completed, featuring 102 two-person rooms in each building. A third hostel is also underway, well ahead of schedule. These residences offer students the opportunity to collaborate academically, interact socially and build communities in comfort, with constant electricity and security. There are three common roams in each hostel, where students can relax, hold small events and engage in group activities. Students and faculty have access to tasty and nutritious meals in 4 distinct cafeterias, and a Student Centre, which caters to other student needs. The University also boasts an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a multi-purpose court for sports like basketball, tennis and volleyball, a fully equipped gymnasium, and a soon to be completed Sports Centre for track and field, football as well as other outdoor sports.

The Health Centre is an on-campus facility that primarily serves the health needs of students and staff. Featuring 22 beds across male and female wards, as well as three private wards, the Health Centre is fully equipped to handle accidents and emergencies, as well as diagnostic and operative procedures. Health insurance is provided for members of the Amadeus community by Grooming Health Management Limited, assuring adequate cover for all kinds of health needs.

Cyril's Guesthouse is a 44-bed facility that provides ultimate comfort for visitors to the University. Each room is designed for maximum comfort, providing premium yet well-priced options for parents and family members to spend extended time with students.
